Tigers . Justin Jefferson. 19. player. 817. . Wide Receiver

The Raiders trade down to get their guy and add some picks, while Miami trades up (yes again, the Dolphins have that many picks) to get someone opposite wide receiver DeVante Parker to continue building around their new quarterback.

LSU’s Justin Jefferson isn’t on the level of the big three receivers, but he still can develop into a No. 1 receiver with his size and potential.

Jefferson has some really good hands and is a reliable receiver. He’s not a true speedster but he’s got functional speed at the position.

Another weapon is his versatility, as he can play both in the slot and outside for whoever drafts him. He’s very talented in that regard, and smart teams should be able to utilize him immediately using that.
