The 2020 NFL Draft is finally upon us. Niner Noise brings out one last final mock draft complete with trades (including one for the San Francisco 49ers) to cap off what has been one of the weirdest draft seasons in modern memory.

It’s almost time for the most exciting day of the season (well, except for when a ball is being thrown, run or kicked) as the NFL Draft is finally upon both us and the San Francisco 49ers.

To finally cap off what has been one of the weirdest draft seasons ever due to the COVID-19 epidemic, Niner Noise has one final Round 1 mock draft for the draftniks online to read.

Just to make it more interesting in this 11th-hour mock, there are a few trades sprinkled in despite the fact they almost always are doomed to embarrass the person who predicts them.

But hey, why do a mock draft if not to embarrass yourself with some type of prediction? When was the last time an NFL Draft analyst got everything completely correct in a mock draft anyway?

There are a lot of difficulties in making a mock draft this year. The absence of pro days at schools across the nation makes it a lot harder to take a closer look at prospects after the NFL Scouting Combine. Local pro days have been called off, and physicals aren’t being conducted in the same way either. Forget about in-person meetings, too. As a result, teams may have even more varied draft boards than they do in other years.

With that in mind, I’m sure the actual draft will probably look nothing like this. But it’s fun to give it a go anyway.

So with that in mind, here comes the final Niner Noise Round 1 mock NFL Draft for the 2020 class including some provocative moves by the 49ers.
