Quarterback/Wide Receiver. Midshipmen . Malcolm Perry. 3. player. 944.

Another player I’ve previously expressed interest in, Navy quarterback Malcolm Perry is one of the most unique prospects in the 2020 NFL Draft pool.

Perry is too undersized to be a quarterback at 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds, but he has the ability to be a versatile weapon as a gadget quarterback, running back or wide receiver depending on the circumstances.

Perry is a project. Teams have to figure out what to do with him and then both acclimate him to the NFL while best utilizing his talents.

In other words, a perfect prospect for head coach/evil offensive genius Kyle Shanahan.

We’ve seen Deebo Samuel utilized similarly at both receiver and running back, and the 49ers could be even more unpredictable with a similar player in Perry.

Perry will be a selection fairly late in the draft, and he could be a potent weapon for a team that knows how to use him properly.
