Wide Receiver. Sooners . CeeDee Lamb. 12. player. 815.

Early on, this NFL Draft mock had a quick run on quarterbacks, then offensive tackles.

Now it’s the wide receivers who wind up being the high-profile grabs for teams in the middle of Round 1.

The Las Vegas Raiders could also go through something of an identity change after changing venues from Oakland. It’s hard to truly predict what head coach Jon Gruden will want to do here, especially at quarterback after adding former Tennessee Titans signal-caller Marcus Mariota to potentially back up Derek Carr… maybe.

Either way, the Raiders are still looking for that alpha-type target ever since trading wide receiver Amari Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys.

Fortunately, someone like Oklahoma’s CeeDee Lamb checks off all the boxes for Gruden and Co.

Lamb, 6-foot-2 and 189 pounds, is fluid in his route running and has the same kind of playmaking potential as Jerry Jeudy. Some may argue Lamb is an even better prospect than his Alabama counterpart.

If so, Gruden has to be thrilled Lamb is available at No. 12.
