No. 7: Practice Your Social Distancing

Let’s admit it: You probably have that friend or relative who tries to get a little too close to you during these times of personal separation.

And the idea of “personal space” seems entirely lost on those kinds of people, who don’t seem to recognize there needs to be at least six feet of distance between you and them.

Fortunately, there’s a lesson in spacial distancing, which was provided by our own George Kittle and Richard Sherman last training camp, which somehow made it into the disease-preventing archives of the San Jose Mercury News‘ Cam Inman:

That’s right. If someone gets a little too close to you, remember to give them the Muay Thai knees so they’ll never forget to give you that extra spacial distance.

OK, well maybe you shouldn’t actually drop someone’s jaw into your knee during these times of household isolation. But you probably get the idea about spreading some distance between you and those who might be getting too close for comfort.

At least you probably learned a bit of a lesson: Don’t get too close to Kittle, or else…
