No. 4: Defensive Coordinator Robert Saleh

There are two reasons, at least for me, why I’d want to be cooped up at home with defensive coordinator Robert Saleh.

The first — since I’m bald, too — would be getting specific tips on how Saleh gets his shaved head so close and shiny.

Just asking for a friend on that one.

But the bigger reason would be to solve some of the stir-craziness associated with home lockdowns. Since none of us can go to the gyms and suddenly find ourselves trying to master our fitness levels from the comforts of our own homes, who better to consult as a personal trainer than the physically fit Saleh?

A less-known aspect to Saleh’s pregame ritual is to actively run the stairs at whichever stadium the 49ers are at that particular day:

Physical fitness and health are key ways to help defend against coronavirus. As well as generally just making you feel good about yourself.

With Saleh as a personal trainer, performing in-house workout routines will be both challenging and fun. It’ll keep you in shape, help pass the time and provide a routine which may allow you to even cancel your gym membership and stick with the household workouts instead.

Plus, Saleh getting pumped for you reaching your fitness goals is something every 49ers fan needs:

Talk about some home-quarantine motivation.
