George Kittle remains the most popular player on the San Francisco 49ers roster, and he also remains the best offensive weapon on the team. Niner Noise has three predictions for Kittle in 2020.

After his second season in the NFL where he broke records, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle showed that it wasn’t a fluke with an excellent season in 2019.

Despite missing two games with various injuries, Kittle had 85 catches for 1,053 yards and five touchdowns for the season and was against easily the top receiving threat for San Francisco. He continued to break records, too, this time by surpassing Hall of Famer Mike Ditka’s record for most receiving yards by a tight end over his first three years in the league.

As a result, he’s sure to get a mammoth contract extension from the Niners, one which will likely set another record for tight ends, and the fanbase will likely have no issue with extending Kittle through his prime years in the NFL.

Once the business of his contract extension is out the way, everyone will be looking towards the new season and what he can do with (hopefully) a full season and revenge on his mind following the 49ers Super Bowl defeat at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Regardless of how the 2020 NFL Draft and free agency go, Kittle is still likely to be the preferred target for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo in a considerable way given his array of talents as a receiver and yards-after-the-catch threat.

So with that in mind, here are three predictions on how the 49ers’ All-Pro tight end will go in 2020 with revenge on his mind.
