No. 3: Zack Moss, Utah Utes

Another safe pick as a second-round selection to be a productive player in the NFL, Zack Moss is a tough runner who’s physical and hard to bring down, while also bringing in underrated athleticism for the position.

What’s also underrated, however, is his ability to be an effective receiver out of the backfield.

Moss was undeniably effective as a safety valve for Utah, and was not effectively exploited by the Utes as often as they could have done this season. He has decent hands, and his burst can allow him to turn catches into big gains.

Moss was a workhorse for Utah this past season, and his blend of strength and speed should see him as a value pick on the second day of the draft.

We’ve seen bigger shocks become first-round selections, too, so don’t discount him there yet either.
