Power ranking 49ers 10 best players in 2019 regular season
No. 9: Emmanuel Sanders
It’s fast becoming an absolute swindle of a trade when you consider the 49ers only gave up a mere third- and fifth-round draft pick for their new No. 1 receiver, Emmanuel Sanders.
Had he been doing what he did for the whole 16 games in red and gold instead of starting the year at the Denver Broncos, he would be much higher.
Sanders had 36 catches for 502 yards and three touchdowns as a receiver in 10 games for the San Francisco. He also had a nifty touchdown throw in the epic Week 14 shootout at the New Orleans Saints:
Sanders had fitted in seamlessly with the 49ers, and the mission will be to extend his stay in the Bay Area after the season has concluded.
