Winner: Wide Receiver Deebo Samuel

The Sunday Night Football broadcast crew, Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth, didn’t hesitate to express their intrigue and pleasure with the 49ers’ rookie wide receiver, Deebo Samuel, throughout the course of the game.

And why not?

Samuel led all Niners pass catchers with five grabs for 102 yards. He and tight end George Kittle were the massive parts of San Francisco’s pass game.

Although Samuel’s 30-yard end-around touchdown run was easily more impressive, especially when you watch fullback Kyle Juszczyk‘s block on two Seattle defenders:

Yeah, pretty impressive. Samuel has been more than just a reliable receiving weapon, although Sunday marked his third 100-plus yard game of what’s turned into an impressive rookie campaign.

Speaking of that campaign, 802 receiving yards is pretty impressive, too.
