No. 7: Offensive Tackle Fahn Cooper and Running Back Kelvin Taylor, Rounds 5 and 6, 2016 NFL Draft

These are two late picks who wouldn’t usually hold so much value that somebody would consider them busts.

However, running back Kelvin Taylor and offensive tackle Fahn Cooper were the only two picks of the 2016 draft class to never take a snap with the team. And considering just how bad the 2016 Niners squad was, finishing the year at 2-14, not being able to make anything of an impact says a lot about these selections.

Taylor was the more disappointing pick of the two. Son of the great running back, Fred Taylor, Kelvin Taylor brought a lot of excitement when he was drafted. He had just come off a 1,000-yard season with 13 touchdowns in his junior year at Florida, but his abilities never came to fruition in the NFL.

Cooper, meanwhile, never made the regular-season roster his rookie season.
