49ers Week 12 Injury Report
Injuries have been a massive theme yet again for San Francisco this season. Unlike the past two years, however, the Niners depth has done an adequate job making up for the shortages.
And while there are still significant injuries facing Kyle Shanahan’s squad, a number of key players appear in good shape to return.
The 49ers’ Week 12 injury report is as follows:
- LB Azeez Al-Shaair (concussion): probable
- RB Matt Breida (ankle): doubtful
- EDGE Dee Ford (hamstring): doubtful
- K Robbie Gould (quad): questionable
- TE George Kittle (ankle, knee): questionable
- RB Raheem Mostert (knee): probable
- DT D.J. Jones (groin): probable
- WR Deebo Samuel (shoulder): questionable
- WR Emmanuel Sanders (ribs): questionable
- T Joe Staley (finger): out
NBC Sports Bay Area’s Matt Maiocco predicted Kittle, Sanders and Samuel would be available for Week 12, giving Jimmy Garoppolo some major weapons upgrades at a notable time of need against a solid Packers defense.
Don’t overlook Jones’ return from a groin injury, either, as he’s been a major interior force in base formations the past few weeks for San Francisco.
