W, 34-27 vs. Giants

Quarterback Sam Darnold didn’t seem to see any ghosts in the New York Jets’ win over the Giants, which had almost zero implications in the playoff picture, aside from other teams’ strength of schedule breakdowns.

Oh, and bragging rights at MetLife Stadium, too, one might suppose.

The Jets face the Oakland Raiders in Week 12, followed by some notable games with serious impact between Weeks 15 and 17 against the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers and Buffalo Bills, respectively, during that stretch.
