L, 17-12 @ Steelers
Like so many teams in the middle of the pack in Week 10, the Rams needed a win over the Steelers to keep their dwindling playoff hopes alive.
Particularly for an NFC squad.
Yet Los Angeles couldn’t get much of anything going, and quarterback Jared Goff continues to struggle when the running game isn’t giving him adequate play-action opportunities.
The loss in Pittsburgh keeps the Rams on the fringes of a tough, tough NFC Wild Card picture. And with games against the Ravens, 49ers, Seahawks and Cowboys still remaining on the schedule, head coach Sean McVay and Co. are entering “win out” territory to stand a chance.
