NFL power rankings: 49ers stay hot, Bears tumble in Week 10
By Peter Panacy
The San Francisco 49ers continue to win and stay high in our Week 10 NFL power rankings, while the Chicago Bears continue to free fall. Where does the rest of the league stand? Niner Noise takes a look.
The San Francisco 49ers stay high in Niner Noise’s NFL power rankings for Week 10, coming off a 28-25 win over the feisty Arizona Cardinals on Thursday Night Football, and now stand alone amid the ranks of the undefeated.
And it’s becoming clear they have an open road to win the NFC West, perhaps much more.
Yet the AFC South is much more hotly contested. And a major showdown across the pond in London featured the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars, with the former getting the better end of the deal and and overtaking the Indianapolis Colts, who lost a tough game to the upward-swinging Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
And wouldn’t you know it? The Miami Dolphins managed their first win of the season, beating the also-lowly New York Jets.
Let’s see how that shakes up Niner Noise’s NFL power rankings entering Week 10.
We’ve crossed over the halfway point of the 2019 season, and there are going to be some notable changes compared to our last NFL power rankings from a week ago. A big change, of course, is watching the Chicago Bears tumble, particularly on offense, as they now look to be the worst team in the hotly contested NFC North.
My, how the mighty can fall.
The 49ers may be good, and the Bears certainly look bad. But where does the rest of the league stack up after nine weeks?
Niner Noise breaks it all down, starting off with the bottom tier of teams in this week’s NFL power rankings.
