Remember the part about quarterbacks rising in the NFL Draft?

Well, few have seen their stocks rise as much this year as LSU signal-caller Joe Burrow, who has been playing exceptionally well in 2019, as his Tigers are in serious contention for a national championship.

Plus, Burrow has an uber-aggressive attitude, which makes him an ideal candidate to be the figurehead of a franchise in need of one.

A quarterback-needy franchise, like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It’s becoming clear the Bucs won’t be retaining their former No. 1 overall pick, Jameis Winston, who’ll likely be gone when he hits free agency in 2020. Meanwhile, head coach Bruce Arians gets his guy in Burrow, and the budding relationship between the two should be fun to watch.
