The 2019 season is halfway over, and Niner Noise dishes out a 2020 NFL Draft mock for all 32 picks. Who ends up going where, and which player do the 49ers get?

With the first half of the 2019 season in the books, the picture is clearer for the 2020 NFL Draft and the teams seeking out picks early on in Round 1.

There are two still-winless squads fighting (or not fighting) it out for the No. 1 overall pick in next year’s draft, the 0-7 Miami Dolphins and the 0-8 Cincinnati Bengals, while a number of one- and two-win teams are shoo-ins to select within the top 10, perhaps even the top five.

Meanwhile, the San Francisco 49ers, who owned the No. 2 overall pick this year, remain undefeated after knocking off the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday Night Football to start Week 9’s slate of games.

As a result, the Niners’ pick could end up being the final one in Round 1, provided they pull off a win in Super Bowl LIV.

That’s a ways away, of course, and there is still half a regular season left to play, meaning the current draft order used to break down this particular mock is going to change. But seeing how this order is all we have, it’s what we’ll use for Niner Noise’s halfway-point-of-the-season mock.

There are some notable changes from our last mock NFL Draft, which is partially reflected in the change in order, as well as some other issues affecting various teams this deep into the season.

For the sake of clarity, no trades outside the ones which have already happened.

And with the extra loss, the Bengals are officially on the clock in the 2020 NFL Draft.
