Niner Noise’s NFL power rankings see some notable shakeups entering Week 6, especially considering the Oakland Raiders and Chicago Bears now have the same record. And the San Francisco 49ers are still undefeated.

Week 5 of the 2019 season is now complete, and Niner Noise’s Week 6 NFL power rankings tell us quite a few things about where a number of teams are heading just over a quarter of the way through the regular season.

For starters, the Oakland Raiders may not be as bad as everything thought they’d be entering Week 1. All they did is head over to London and upend the Chicago Bears, holding off a second-half surge and forcing some more asked questions about Chicago than anything else.

In the battle of upstart backup quarterbacks, the Carolina Panthers’ Kyle Allen got the best of Jacksonville Jaguars signal-caller Gardner Minshew.

And, yes. The New York Jets, Washington Redskins and Cincinnati Bengals are still bad. Like, really bad.

The San Francisco 49ers, meanwhile, are 4-0 following their Monday Night Football domination over the visiting Cleveland Browns, which should have answered some critics’ questions.

Only the Niners and New England Patriots remain undefeated with Week 6 now on the horizon.

Needless to say, there are going to be some changes from Niner Noise’s last NFL power rankings, showcasing some of the odd contests and upsets from last week’s action. And the worst team in our rankings, the Miami Dolphins, at least didn’t have to worry about losing a game last week.

Still, they remain winless and kick off our list of teams at the very bottom entering Week 6. Let’s start off with the bottom feeders, breaking down those who’ll need some strong efforts coming up.
