The Jacksonville Jaguars have become quite the story early in 2019, thanks largely to the emergence of backup quarterback Gardner Minshew.

Minshew has made fellow QB Nick Foles’ shoulder injury look not so serious, especially given the swag the former has both on and off the field.

Whoever is under center in 2020, though, needs more targets. Jacksonville’s pass offense, so far, ranks 21st in the league with just 1,067 yards through four weeks. Getting a prolific weapon for the offense would certainly help matters a lot.

No other wide receiver in this year’s NFL Draft is as talented as Alabama’s Jerry Jeudy. He’s athletic, physical and has all the traits indicative of a true No. 1 receiving threat.

Depending on what happens with cornerback Jalen Ramsey, who wanted a trade earlier this season, Jacksonville’s first pick could go in one of a number of different directions.

Either way, Jeudy would be a great pickup for a team in need of one early.
