With Week 1 for the San Francisco 49ers only hours away, the writers of Niner Noise got together to answer a few questions about the NFL and the 49ers team for the season ahead.

Just like that, San Francisco 49ers football is merely days away from kicking off in humid Tampa against the Buccaneers.

To kick off the newest season of Niners football, the fine writers here at Niner Noise got together to answer a few questions on our latest edition of the Niner Noise Roundtable.

The questions answered ranged from the composition of a certain part of the roster, to the perceptions of the 49ers team after the preseason, to some award predictions for both the 49ers and the NFL as a whole. Considering the moves San Francisco made during the offseason, combined with a pretty high level of expectations after back-to-back sub-.500 years under head coach Kyle Shanahan, it’s safe to say the Niners will garner a lot of attention in 2019.

We don’t want it to be the opinions of just the writers either. Drop some comments below to give your answers to the questions too.

There’s no news in this piece, just a bunch of writers giving their opinions on some things with the 49ers and around the league.

Let’s take a look, kicking off with one of the more questionable choices Shanahan had in formulating his 53-man roster.
