53. . Wide Receiver. Cleveland Browns. Jarvis Landry. 7. player

The Cleveland Browns should be a lot of fun to watch this season, and it’s great to see them actually mentioned in the playoff hunt.

  • Who would have thought that a year ago at this time.

Over the past four seasons, including the previous three with the Miami Dolphins, wide receiver Jarvis Landry was a consistent option for fantasy football owners looking for a solid WR2 or FLEX options. He was always around, or above 1,000 receiving yards on the year and was good for close to 100 receptions, too.

Cleveland’s pre-Baker Mayfield start stats in 2018 cut into Landry’s stats a bit. But he still finished strong enough, posting 81 catches for 976 yards and four touchdowns.

But that was before the Browns added perennial Pro Bowl wideout Odell Beckham Jr., who now takes over as the true No. 1 receiving threat in Cleveland’s offense. The Browns will feed Beckham early and often.

Even if Beckham’s recent injury bug bites again, Landry isn’t worth the 5.07 ADP given. It’s a number certainly influenced by the hype the Browns have enjoyed during the offseason.
