Niner Noise takes a look at some of the San Francisco 49ers’ top NFL Draft targets during draft week, determining whose stocks are either rising or falling.

Breathe the NFL Draft week air, people. This time next week we’ll be drooling over all the newest San Francisco 49ers for this season.

Teams are feverishly working to finalize their draft stocks, knowing that even the slightest advantage leading into the draft could lead to some great hauls.

Meanwhile the prospects have done their best to show they’re worthy, and some of them have raised their draft stock to big heights.

Some, however, have not.

One constant in the NFL Draft is that players will always significantly alter their draft stocks, whether it be for better or for worse. There are sure to be some players on the 49ers board that have done both.

Some have done so in a way that may make them undraftable, or at least not considered to a certain point. Some have made it to a point where they may have to be reached for in the draft because they may not last to the next pick (unless there’s a trade).

This is what makes draft day my favorite time of the year outside of the games, the sheer mental calculations and work into making every selection whether it be the first overall pick or it be Mr. Irrelevant.

So let’s scour the internet, and see what some potential targets have been doing to their stock levels as the draft rapidly approaches us.
