2019 NFL Draft: Two-round, 32-team mock amid scouting combine

For all the mockery and joking the Raiders enjoyed over the course of 2018, at least they can take comfort knowing they’ll have a ton of NFL Draft picks, this one at No. 27 coming courtesy of the Dallas Cowboys’ trade for wide receiver Amari Cooper.

That deal worked out for both sides, of course, and the Raiders can now address the final level of their defense with their last pick in Round 1.

Cornerback could be a need. But Alabama safety Deionte Thompson’s stock value seems to have slipped a bit since being viewed a top-10 player only a few weeks ago.

That’s not a huge knock against Thompson, however, who boasts good range and can hold his own against the run, too.
