2019 NFL Draft: Two-round, 32-team mock amid scouting combine
By Peter Panacy
The Baltimore Ravens are letting veteran wide receiver Michael Crabtree go, and this position was one of need heading into the offseason already.
While not as glaring, it would be nice to see Baltimore add a dynamic running back. So, with Alabama’s Josh Jacobs still on the board, the Ravens get some maximum value this late in Round 1.
Jacobs’ stock value has been rising steadily the first couple months of the new year, and he could easily wind up being a top-10 pick, particularly for a team choosing not to go with defense. If he falls, though, a team like the Ravens should pounce.
There are other needs, too, especially with linebacker C.J. Moseley and defensive end Terrell Suggs hitting free agency. One would expect both back in 2019, however.
