Inside linebacker Deshaun Davis

Deshaun Davis out of Auburn comes in at 5-foot-11 and 233 pounds. He finished his senior year with an impressive combined 112 tackles, including 15 for a loss. He had 3.5 sacks and two pass deflections.

Davis is an intelligent football player capable of processing the opposing teams’ offense and plugging holes. He is an efficient and productive tackler as shown by his stats alone.

While comparatively on the smaller side for a linebacker, he displays his effectiveness while in zone and is still competent while in man coverage, although slightly weaker.

He has an aggressive playing style which he uses to hit out at blockers and get after the ball carrier.
