Offensive Tackle. Alabama. Jonah Williams. 9. player. 16.

Football Outsiders ranked the Buffalo Bills offensive line 23rd in pass protection in 2018, giving up 41 sacks over the course of the year.

That number isn’t quite as bad as, let’s say, the Houston Texans’ 62 allowed. But when factoring in the Bills’ 2018 first-round investment in quarterback Josh Allen, who felt the pressure often last season, one has to figure protecting Allen should be high on Buffalo’s wish list.

Alabama offensive tackle Jonah Williams is easily the top offensive lineman in this year’s NFL Draft, which should make this an easy selection. Heck, if the Bills spent two picks on linemen this year, it wouldn’t be a bad thing.

After grabbing Williams, Buffalo should then shift focus to finding some weapons for Allen.
