As the 2018 season dwindles down and we start looking at free agency, Niner Noise points out five under-the-radar players the San Francisco 49ers should target in NFL free agency.
The San Francisco 49ers are entering year three of the Kyle Shanahan-John Lynch regime, and because of that, this offseason should shape up as the most important one yet.
Especially in NFL free agency
This organization, while seeing steady improvement since the dark era of previous head coaches Jim Tomsula and Chip Kelly, has not done a lot of winning so far. However, that can be chalked up to the multitude of injuries that the 49ers have suffered and the simple fact that Lynch has only had two years so far in his massive roster overhaul process.
So this offseason will be a determining factor of the ability of this new regime. It all starts with NFL free agency, which Lynch has had some hits and some misses so far in his time here.
Here are five under-the-radar players (no big names such as the Baltimore Ravens’ C.J. Mosley and the Los Angeles Rams’ Dante Fowler) that the Niners should target in this crucial free agency period.
