No. 5: Win the turnover battle

The 49ers have a turnover margin of minus-17. They have a league-worst five takeaways for the entirety of the season. This, perhaps above all else, is the reason this team has only two wins. Meanwhile, the Seahawks have a turnover margin of plus-eight.

The 49ers haven’t even created eight turnovers for the entire season. And of those five turnovers generated on defense, only two have come from interceptions.

I predict that, if the 49ers will win this week in Seattle, they will have a turnover margin of plus-two.

The Seahawks, averaging less than one turnover per game, make this a difficult task.
