No. 2: Running Back Matt Breida

Running back Matt Breida is no doubt lipstick on an otherwise pig of a season for the team.

Most certainly not 100 percent Sunday, or for much of the season for that matter, Breida once again led the team with 106 rushing yards on 14 carries. He exploded through holes created on the edges of the Tampa Bay defense and regularly accelerated up the middle of the field for big gains, including a 33 yarder to get the game started.

Improving as a pass catcher, Breida snagged three of four targets for 34 yards.

A player that would improve if he split time with another back, it is exciting to imagine what Breida may be able to accomplish in 2019 with the return of injured 49ers running back Jerick McKinnon.
