No. 1: Running Back Marlon Mack (28 Percent Owned)

Just like I did with Taylor Gabriel, I wisely picked up Colts running back Marlon Mack earlier in the week. This guy was destined to be a valuable fantasy commodity for the rest of the season.

Mack had been hampered by a hamstring injury for the first five weeks of the season that held him from stepping onto the field. The Colts’ backfield with Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines had been ineffective during Mack’s time away, so head coach Frank Reich announced that Mack would immediately slide in as the starter as soon as he was healthy enough to play.

Mack was finally healthy enough to play against the New York Jets in Week 6 and immediately looked like the best running back on the field, rushing for 89 yards on 12 carries.

Provided that he stays healthy, Mack is going to be Indianapolis’ No. 1 back for the rest of the season and will get all the goal-line touches. He is the best power back the Colts have and was mentored last year by “The Inconvenient Truth” himself, Frank Gore.
