2019 NFL Draft: Early Round 1 mock for all 32 teams across the league

The Patriots are poised to move on from veteran defensive tackles Malcolm Brown or Danny Shelton in the near future, and it’s not likely they’re able to re-sign both.
And while the Pats could seriously consider an able-bodied wide receiver to help continue quarterback Tom Brady’s effectiveness and career, finding a long-term replacement up front on defense might be the smarter move.
New England needs a defensive disruptor, and that’s what Alabama defensive tackle Raekwon Davis is.
ESPN’s Mel Kiper even ranked Davis the No. 1 defensive lineman in this year’s draft, which would make his selection at No. 29 an absolute steal.
Davis has the ceiling to emerge as a star at the next level, and it’s been a while since the Patriots have had such a player on this side of the ball.
