This would be such a Dallas Cowboys pick.

In all honesty, the Cowboys immediately need to find offensive weapons for quarterback Dak Prescott. After wide receiver Dez Bryant and tight end Jason Witten departed last offseason, Prescott is left with a less-than-adequate pass-catching crop.

So why not tap into the Iowa tight end base, which produced the 49ers’ George Kittle back in 2017? Kittle is emerging as a top option at the position, if you hadn’t noticed.

Tight end Noah Fant is looking like he can be on the same trajectory. Not only is he a bona fide weapon in the pass game, he’s also an exceptional blocker — the most complete tight end in this year’s class.

And just like that, Prescott’s life gets all the more easy entering 2019.
