49ers injury news

Here is the latest news on the San Francisco 49ers’ plethora of injuries:

WR Marquise Goodwin was a full participant in practice throughout the week and should suit up for Monday night’s game.

RB Matt Breida was only able to attend one limited practice this week, and is a game-time decision due to last week’s ankle injury, as well as his earlier shoulder injury.

WR Pierre Garcon also participated in a single limited practice, and is questionable due to shoulder and knee injuries that have affected him over recent weeks.

TE George Kittle was limited in all three practices this week due to a knee injury he sustained in Week 5, and is listed as questionable on the 49ers’ official injury report.

TE Garrett Celek and DB Jimmie Ward were limited on Thursday but will play after they practiced in full on Friday and Saturday.

LB Reuben Foster and CB Richard Sherman were both able to attend their first full practice of the week on Saturday, and are expected to start tonight.

T Joe Staley, C Weston Richburg and G Michael Person were limited in practice on Friday and Saturday and are officially questionable for tonight’s contest, although all three were able to play through their injuries last week.

CB K’Waun Williams missed Saturday’s practice due to an illness, and is questionable for tonight’s game.

T Mike McGlinchey, S Jaquiski Tartt and G Joshua Garnett practiced in full throughout the week and will be available on Monday.

WR Trent Taylor, who hasn’t been the same player in 2018 after his offseason back surgery, is officially listed as doubtful, but will not play tonight, per reports.

WR Dante Pettis will miss another game tonight, and likely additional time, as he continues to recover from his knee injury.

49ers injury news will be updated throughout the day, as information is released.
