Gosh, what if the Browns somehow managed to pull off a road victory over the Raiders in Week 4? The city of Cleveland would have gone nuts. A winning streak!

Alas, it didn’t happen, and the Browns fall a spot in our NFL power rankings after falling 45-42 in a wild back-and-forth thriller that featured plenty of offense, hardly any defense.

That’s a bit of a concern for Cleveland, whose defense has showcased some thump early this season. Despite some Browns leads throughout the game, that defense couldn’t hold and eventually gave up that game winner in overtime.

Rookie quarterback Baker came back to earth a bit after his Week 3 heroics, tossing two touchdowns against a pair of interceptions.

The good thing, though, is there’s finally some workable talent in Cleveland, such as wide receiver Jarvis Landry, who had one of the prettiest toe-tapping touchdowns you’ll see.
