Atlanta Falcons. 8. team. 44. . . Previous:

The Atlanta Falcons are a little tough to gauge after a preseason that hasn’t looked sharp.

Again, going 0-3 over the meaningful exhibition weeks doesn’t tell much of anything. And one should guess offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian isn’t going to reveal much for his high-octane Falcons offense to display until Week 1 finally rolls around.

That offense is still questionable, however, and one could guess only how much Atlanta misses its former offensive coordinator, Kyle Shanahan, who has turned the 49ers offensive around in one season.

Talent-wise, though, the Falcons could still wind up being a top-10 offense. They have the players in place, namely quarterback Matt Ryan, running back Devonta Freeman, wide receivers Julio Jones and the rookie, Calvin Ridley.

We’ll learn a lot from Atlanta early in 2018, as their opening three games are pretty brutal.
