Stock up: C.J. Beathard

C.J. Beathard had some pressure on him against the Colts. He had Nick Mullens playing significantly better, and another poor performance may have made the final game interesting.

Beathard did enough to cement his role as backup quarterback.

As long as he remains competent and doesn’t have the worst game of his life, Beathard should stay on the roster and not be a shock cut.
