Linebacker (6): Malcolm Smith, Fred Warner, Brock Coyle, Mark Nzeocha, Elijah Lee, Pita Taumoepenu

First of all, linebacker Reuben Foster is not on the list because he has been suspended for the first two games. The team will promptly promote him onto the active roster once he has served his suspension.

Behind Foster will be Malcolm Smith (solid player who hasn’t played football in over a year), Fred Warner (outstanding rookie with All-Pro potential), Brock Coyle (one of the most underrated players in the league) and Elijah Lee (above-average young depth player).

Foster is one of the best inside linebackers in the league, but this team will be in good hands as the second-year stud prepares to get on the field.

Mark Nzeocha and Pita Taumoepenu will make the team at the SAM position, which is not very encouraging since they have not shown much. Nzeocha has played decently so far this year, but Taumoepenu has shown close to nothing since being drafted in the sixth round last year.
