No. 1: Running Back LeSean McCoy

A lot of fantasy players are avoiding LeSean McCoy because they think that he is going to be suspended for an off-the-field issue involving violence. I’m not avoiding McCoy because of this — I’m avoiding him because of his terrible fantasy situation in Buffalo.

The Bills are not going to be a good team on offense. In fact, they are probably going to have the worst offense in the league this season. A muddled quarterback situation, no-name receivers and tight ends and an offensive line that just lost three starters over the offseason? Yeah, count me out.

McCoy also has limited touchdown upside, as he isn’t a power back, just like McCaffrey. The Bills did not score a touchdown in 2017 until Week 7 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. McCoy only scored eight touchdowns in 2017, which is one touchdown for every two games.

Now he finds himself in an even worse offensive situation. Do yourself and steer clear of McCoy. I wouldn’t even look at him until the sixth round.
