No. 4: Running Back Sony Michel

Like Jones, I am a big fan of the talent that first-round rookie Sony Michel possesses. I thought that he was a very versatile and special back at Georgia, and I can definitely see why he was taken in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

But again, his fantasy situation is not good at all due to the fact that he was drafted by the worst team possible, fantasy-wise — the New England Patriots.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is notorious for the destruction of his running backs’ fantasy values. Belichick will either start a different running back each week to attack the specific weaknesses of opposing teams’ defenses, or organize his backs into a committee, which is possibly the worst word a fantasy football player can hear. This year, the Patriots’ backfield situation is looking like the latter, as Belichick has Rex Burkhead, Jeremy Hill, James White and Mike Gillislee to go along with Michel.

I firmly believe that Michel is the most talented out of all them, but I already know that Belichick will not commit to him as a primary running back because he’s Bill Belichick.

And he hates people who play fantasy football.
