Many NFL players take some time to reach their full potential. Niner Noise looks at which five players on the San Francisco 49ers will break out in the 2018 season.

Potential in players is great and all, but potential is essentially worthless if the players never reach their full potential. Or break out, per se.

Since the San Francisco 49ers are such a young team, there is a lot of potential within the players. Most of them are not household names yet, but the optimist in me believes that this year is the year the 49ers make a true championship run.

And in order to have a legitimate shot at reaching a Super Bowl, multiple players have to break out.

Here are the five players who I believe will do just that this upcoming 2018 season.
