Most Valuable Player: Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers

If there’s a player who can make the case to win both Comeback Player of the Year and Most Valuable Player awards in 2018, he would be Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers.

Last season in Week 6, Rodgers suffered a broken collarbone that put him on the shelves for the rest of the year. The Packers were 4-1 with Rodgers under center and went 3-8 without him.

Rodgers’ absence tremendously hurt the team as proven by the teams decline following his injury. Thus, his value to the team is unmatched.

If Rodgers helps Green Bay become a playoff team once again, he will easily be in conversations for Most Valuable Player. Especially if he hits the numbers he usually accumulates playing a full season, Rodgers could end up winning his third MVP title.

The road may not be easy, considering the number of tough NFC teams such as the Minnesota Vikings and the Los Angeles Rams on the rise.

However, knowing the type of competitor he is, Rodgers should prevail against all odds. And with the addition of tight end Jimmy Graham and the emergence of wide receiver Davante Adams, the legendary QB can further his legacy even further as one of the best to ever play the game.
