As the 2018 NFL season draws near, Niner Noise takes a look at the biggest concern each team faces this upcoming year and why it’s so pressing.

NFL teams around the league will kick off training camps a little over a month from now hoping they’ve best addressed any and all pressing issues in advance of the 2018 season.

A few teams, such as the Super Bowl-champion Philadelphia Eagles, don’t have much to worry about. They’re pretty well stacked on both sides of the ball. Same goes with the upstart Los Angeles Rams, who spent most of the offseason bringing aboard talent to win now.

Still, no team is perfect. There are flaws on every roster, and it falls upon front offices to adequately address them to the best possible means.

Some weaknesses are more apparent than others. Case in point, the San Francisco 49ers finished tied at 26th with just 30 sacks a year ago. Thanks to a weak free-agent and NFL Draft class for edge rushers, the Niners did little to address this need.

Will that be a major Achilles heel for the red and gold this season? Possibly.

Moving around the league, division by division, here’s each squad’s biggest concern with the regular season drawing near.
