Round 7: WR Robert Woods, Los Angeles Rams

In an attempt shore up our wide receiver corps, we use our seventh-round pick to select another wideout — Robert Woods of the Los Angeles Rams. Woods had a breakout season in 2017, and became QB Jared Goff‘s go-to receiver with five touchdowns in his last five games, to go along with a 124-yard performance in the Rams’ lone playoff game.

If Woods continues where he left off last season, he would warrant WR2 or flex consideration, even as the fifth wideout on this fantasy football squad. With our ideal fantasy football draft nearly half complete, let’s see where we stand so far:

Round 1: RB David Johnson
Round 2: WR Keenan Allen
Round 3: RB Jordan Howard
Round 4: WR Demaryius Thomas
Round 5: RB Lamar Miller
Round 6: WR Pierre Garcon
Round 7: WR Robert Woods
