Round 4: WR Demaryius Thomas, Denver Broncos
Sticking with the “reliable” theme, our fourth-round selection hasn’t missed a game in six seasons — although the fact that he played through injuries last season hurt his overall fantasy numbers. However, the real reason for wideout Demaryius Thomas‘ recent statistical decline was poor play from his Denver Broncos quarterbacks.
Denver should see improvement at the position with the addition of Case Keenum, who helped Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen become a WR1 for the first time in his career.
Other potential wideout options with this pick were the Steelers’ No. 2 receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, Allen Robinson — coming off injury and on a new team — and the ever-frustrating Amari Cooper.
