Round 2: WR Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers

With our second pick, we have our choice between groups of third-tier running backs and second-tier wide receivers. Since we have a stud RB, we’re playing in a PPR league and none of our likely next-round options are overly appealing, we make the easy decision and address wide receiver with our second selection.

With Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen still on the board, he’s our choice, although it’s unlikely he’ll be available here in later drafts, once tight end Hunter Henry‘s injury is taken into account. If Allen was gone, we wouldn’t complain about our next best option, Cincinnati Bengals wideout A.J. Green.

With a high-end RB1 and a mid-level WR1 on our roster, we’re free to choose the best player available with our next selection.
