Are you a passionate San Francisco 49ers fan? Are you an avid fantasy football player? Most importantly, do you like the idea of expressing yourself beyond just social media and comment boards?

Niner Noise, part of the ever-growing FanSided network, is actively looking for fantasy football contributors for the 2018 NFL season and beyond. While we are a 49ers-specific site, we don’t expect your fantasy coverage to be limited to just all things red and gold.
Fantasy sports are won by having a league-wide strategy anyway.
You don’t have to have any previous writing or blogging experience. It helps, but our team of editors and coaches will give you all the tips and pointers you’ll need to build your sports-writing career.
What a Fantasy Football Contributor Will Do for Niner Noise
You get as much out of fantasy football writing as you put into it. That said, there are some expectations for prospective contributors.
San Francisco 49ers
- A detailed understanding of fantasy football, league formations, scoring and player rankings.
- Keen know-how on fantasy research and analysis.
- Desire to publish fantasy season previews, weekly projections and regular analysis.
- Ability to “think out of the box,” in terms of describing sleepers, busts and safe picks.
- Passionate, fan-first viewpoint on fantasy sports.
We ask our contributors to write plenty of articles preparing owners for their fantasy football drafts. Once the season starts, you’ll be expected to offer up weekly breakdowns and projections throughout the regular season.

As stated, it helps to have some previous writing/blogging experience. But it’s not a requirement. What’s more important is the passion and dedication.
You don’t have to be a 49ers fan either. While that helps, and some of our fantasy focus will be on the Niners, you can simply love all things NFL! That’s OK too.
