No. 2: Hue Jackson, Cleveland Browns

Hue Jackson’s record with the Cleveland Browns as a head coach is 1-31. Just let that sink in.

The sole reason Jackson has not been fired yet is due to the team’s front-office inability to make good picks in the NFL Draft to help improve Cleveland’s team.

How’s that for dysfunction?

This offseason, however, the Browns have been making good moves. They kicked off free agency by trading for, and then signing, receiver Jarvis Landry, arguably one of the best receivers in the league. They signed ex-49ers’ running back Carlos Hyde, an underrated big bruising back that has the potential to do some serious damage to opposing defenses.

They drafted quarterback Baker Mayfield with their first pick, who I thought was the best quarterback prospect this year, and also picked up Denzel Ward, the best cornerback prospect in this year’s draft. Running back Nick Chubb and wide receiver Antonio Callaway were some great skill picks in the later rounds who should immensely help the team’s offense.

All of a sudden, Jackson finds himself possessing all these new weapons on his team. So if he keeps this losing culture up?

Goodbye, coach Jackson, it was nice knowing you.
