No. 5: Dirk Koetter, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Everybody was on The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hype train a year ago. The team was coming off of a 9-7 season in 2016 that ended on an optimistic note. There was a lot of fresh young talent added over the offseason.

Sounds a lot like this 49ers’ offseason, huh?

Well, let’s hope the 49ers end up better than the Buccaneers, because Tampa Bay’s 2017 season turned out to be a complete flop despite all of the talent the team had on its roster.

So, it did not come as a surprise when Bucs fans and NFL fans alike started pointing fingers at head coach Dirk Koetter at the end of the season.

It will not be long until general manager Jason Licht fires Koetter if his team keeps on underperforming.
