No. 3: Richard Sherman will lead team in interceptions and passes defended

Recently signed 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman is coming off a season-ending Achilles tear. All signs are pointing towards his return to full health just before training camp, though.

Sherman’s incentive-heavy contract, along with the chip on his shoulder created by his former team, will have him playing like the Richard Sherman we all know him to be. He will return to his All-Pro self and lead the 49ers in interceptions and passes defended.

Look out, Russell Wilson.
