No. 3: Quarterback Luke Falk, Washington State

It wouldn’t be an underrated NFL Draft prospect list without a quarterback, so the one on this list is Washington State’s Luke Falk.

Falk is far behind the list of the top-tier QBs most draft pundits and fans are familiar with. NFLDraftScout.com lists Falk as a fourth- or fifth-round prospect, while CBS Sports has him ranked the No. 12 quarterback.

A mistake or a steal?

Statistically, Falk has done enough — a 68.3 collegiate completion percentage and 119 to 39 touchdown-to-interception ratio. He had some issues under pressure, and there are going to be concerns about his eventual adjustment from Washington State’s spread offense to pro-style systems.

But the good traits — a quick release and solid accuracy — are things that certainly will attract teams looking to take a flier on a QB later on in the NFL Draft.
